The Michigan Review is an independent, non-profit, student-run campus affairs journal at the University of Michigan. Founded in 1982, the Review has been a part of the campus community for more than 25 years.


4,000 issues are distributed bi-weekly and are available to over 85,000 members of the University of Michigan community as well as subscribers and online viewers nationwide. The Review targets a student readership of all levels and disciplines.


The issues-oriented content of the Review remains relevant to its readership for a longer period of time than a daily newspaper. As such, its readers tend to keep a copy of the paper longer, resulting in more long-term exposure for businesses that advertise in the Review. Furthermore, advertisements are placed on pages with content, rather than other advertisements, ensuring that your ad is visible, and not buried beneath other advertisements.
